Recently, I embarked on the Daily UI challenge, a web tool that sends interface design briefing on a daily basis. The goal is to improve my design skills while I experimented several kinds of projects, since login pages to error messages. This has been very useful to my evolution as a designer.
Process
Daily UI is a daily exercise which proposes the creation of various interfaces, sent through a newsletter. Inspired by an approach from Tiago Henriques, I decided to use these prompts to explore my creativity in a practical and focused way.
On my first days, there was already a big variety of projects, which excited me a lot! Each day gave me opportunities to apply UX/UI principles in different contexts, always having usability and aesthetics in mind.
This constant exercise helped me to understand how to apply design principles on different scenarios, motivating me to develop quick and efficient solutions for every type of interface problems.

Result
During the challenge, I was able to:
- Develop a series of interfaces with varied applications;
- Explore new creative and innovative approaches;
- Improve my interface project execution speed.
I couldn't get to the end of the challenge because of a tumultuous work life, but it's a project that I had a lot of fun. Among my designs, I really enjoyed doing the calculator with a touch pad, very unusual and interesting to work on.
